This program measures an employee's performance in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Efficiency and rewards those who reach the companies strict performance goals. Each roof is rated upon completion and then points are assigned to the employee. Employees are rewarded based on the average number of points at the end of each month. The SQE Points Program® ensures continued customer satisfaction as Shiner's business needs grow.
